The successful candidates will play a critical role in safeguarding client premises, assets, and personnel while upholding the company\u2019s values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nSecurity Officers<br \/>\nMonitor and secure assigned premises through regular checks and observation.<br \/>\nControl access and verify identification of staff, visitors, and vehicles.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate occurrence books (OB) and incident reports.<br \/>\nRespond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches swiftly and effectively.<br \/>\nProvide customer service by assisting clients, staff, and visitors where needed.<br \/>\nEnforce company rules, site policies, and safety procedures.<br \/>\nWork collaboratively with team members and report directly to supervisors.<br \/>\nPatrol Officers<br \/>\nConduct mobile and foot patrols across designated sites in Lusaka.<br \/>\nInspect security posts, gates, fences, and sensitive areas for breaches.<br \/>\nProvide backup and rapid response to Security Officers when incidents occur.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company SOPs during patrols.<br \/>\nSubmit patrol reports, highlighting irregularities or risks.<br \/>\nSupport incident investigations and liaise with local law enforcement when required.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nMale candidates (as per operational requirement).<br \/>\nMust be physically fit and medically cleared for duty.<br \/>\nMinimum Grade 12 certificate.<br \/>\nValid NRC and registered mobile phone for communication.<br \/>\nPrevious security or military\/police experience is an added advantage.<br \/>\nStrong observation, communication, and reporting skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.<br \/>\nMust reside along Great East Road, Mumbwa Road, or Kafue Road for ease of deployment.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nCompetitive salary package.<br \/>\nOngoing training and professional development.<br \/>\nOpportunities for career growth within Bienvenue Private Security Ltd.<br \/>\nA supportive and disciplined work environment.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
