\nAbout the Zambia Entrepreneurs Park & College:
\nWith our newly built training institution, we want to:
\n1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Position vocational training (apprenticeships with maximum practical exposure) as a viable alternative to academic pathways
\n2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Train quality craftsmen and develop them into small- and mid-sized entrepreneurs
\n3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kick-start development in the areas around our institution. We plan to offer up to 10 professions in the future. ZEP apprentices will benefit from extensive practical training by our designated ZEP master craftsmen as well as high-quality teaching by our ZEC lecturers and visiting businessmen- and women \u2013 all with the aim of equipping our apprentices with all the skills needed to become the most successful entrepreneurs in Zambia.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION OF LECTURERS:<\/p>\n
He\/she should have a Craft Certificate(TEVETA)
\nIt\u2019s of advantage to already have a teaching qualification such as the Technical and Vocational Teachers\u2019 Diploma
\nMinimum of three (3) years relevant industrial experience
\nAdded advantage if already accredited to TEVETA<\/p>\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTOR\/CRAFTSMAN<\/p>\n
He\/she should have a Trade Level 1 Certificate(TEVETA
\nMinimum of 5 years work experience
\nAdded advantage is TEVETA accreditation and diploma in Teaching Methodology<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION
\nJob Title: Lecturer
\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Teaching is the principal area of concern
\nResponsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
\nResponsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area
\nEvaluation and development of text books and teaching aids applicable to area of responsibility
\nAny other duties as may be assigned by management
\nHighly reliable, trustworthy and diligent in all business matters
\nNative-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Nyanja (and Bemba).<\/p>\n

\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Successfully run your own business under the Zambia Entrepreneurs Park
\nTake up apprentices into your workshop and train them practically in your craft
\nPart time employment at the College as instructor<\/p>\n
Contractual aspects:<\/p>\n
Contract: full-time or part-time, start date ideally end of 2025 \/ by arrangement
\nSalary: competitive
