The role focuses on collecting, processing, and analyzing data, developing business intelligence reports, and maintaining data quality, efficiency, and integrity in line with MBHS standards.<br \/>\nKey Role Accountabilities<br \/>\nCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.<br \/>\nBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)<br \/>\nIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.<br \/>\nSupport the Operations Department with data-driven reports that enhance efficiency and service delivery.<br \/>\nRecommend and implement best practices for data collection, storage, and management to improve data quality and system efficiency.<br \/>\nCollaborate with departmental teams to translate business needs into reporting and analytics requirements.<br \/>\nConduct periodic data audits and ensure compliance with data governance standards.<br \/>\nProvide training and support to end-users on dashboards and reporting tools.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nStrong understanding of data protection principles and regulatory frameworks.<br \/>\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professional ethics.<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.<br \/>\nDetail-oriented with a proactive approach.<br \/>\nExperience and Educational Requirements<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 proven experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar analytical role.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of SQL and experience working with BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.<br \/>\nProficiency in Python (or R) for data analysis, modeling, and automation.<br \/>\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.<br \/>\nExperience in data visualization, reporting, and data-driven decision support.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
