{"id":5320,"date":"2025-09-15T14:02:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T14:02:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/depots-manager-at-theotoka-laboratory-solutions-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-09-20T00:14:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-20T00:14:10","slug":"depots-manager-at-theotoka-laboratory-solutions-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5320","title":{"rendered":"Depots Manager at  Theotoka Laboratory Solutions Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depots Manager<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nEducation:<br \/>\nDiploma\/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Agriculture Economics, or related field.<br \/>\nExperience:<br \/>\nMinimum 3\u20135 years in operations, logistics, depot management<br \/>\nBasic accounting knowledge (able to reconcile cash, sales, stock).<br \/>\nExperience in supervising multiple teams across different locations.<br \/>\nExperience with Agro-input distribution will be an added advantage<br \/>\nSkills:<br \/>\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.<br \/>\nAbility to manage reports and data collection from multiple depots.<br \/>\nProficient in MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in accounting or inventory software being an advantage.<br \/>\nGood communication and leadership ability.<br \/>\nMust have a Valid Driver\u2019s license<br \/>\nTerms of Reference (TORs) \/ Key Responsibilities<br \/>\nThe Officer will:<br \/>\nCoordinate supplier dispatches to depots across districts.<br \/>\nOversee depot managers and ensure proper stock management, sales tracking, and reporting.<br \/>\nCollect, verify, and consolidate reports (sales, stock, expenses) from depots and submit to Head Office.<br \/>\nSupervise basic accounting functions at depots (reconciliations, deposits, stock movement records).<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies and operational standards across depots.<br \/>\nMonitor inventory levels and arrange replenishment to avoid stock-outs.<br \/>\nPrepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports.<br \/>\nProvide training and guidance to depot managers on processes, reporting, and accountability.<br \/>\nCoordinate communication between suppliers, depot managers, and Head Office.<br \/>\nSupport growth initiatives including expansion to new districts.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
