We are looking for the services of\u00a0 qualified personnels to fill the following vacancy.<br \/>\n1.\u00a0ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTs\u00a0(X2)\u00a0\u2013 LUSAKA<br \/>\nJob Purpose:<br \/>\nThe job holders will be responsible for ensuring that proper and efficient support to our directors, managers, and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company\u2019s general administrative activities within company policy. Coordinating the company\u2019s administration system and general workflows of Inventory management, facility management and provide any other department with the necessary administrative support which they might require.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.<br \/>\nAssist in documents processing such as business levy, fire certificates, business permits etc.<br \/>\nCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members.<br \/>\nPrepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.<br \/>\nOrganize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.<br \/>\nOversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary and proactively.<br \/>\nServe as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing requests.<br \/>\nAssist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.<br \/>\nCollaborate with HRDM to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules.<br \/>\nLiaise, negotiate and deal with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations as per the \u2018purchase policy\u2019 of the company.<br \/>\nConduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.<br \/>\nProvide support and assistance to other team members as needed.<br \/>\nAny other office work for maintenance, upkeeping and smooth functioning of business, not\u00a0specifically mentioned hereinabove<\/p>\n<p>Qualification and Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of education Full Grade 12\/ Diploma Business Administration.<br \/>\nMust be age between 20-35 years old<br \/>\nAt least 3 years\u2019 working experience in the admin department<br \/>\nKnowledge of industry latest trends and best practices<br \/>\nFamiliarity with MS Office and various business software a mast<br \/>\nCritical thinker and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nTeam player<br \/>\nGood time-management skills<br \/>\nGreat interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
