{"id":5342,"date":"2025-09-16T10:02:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T10:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/lifeguards-x2-at-thelsac-equipment-and-services-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-12-25T01:30:24","modified_gmt":"2025-12-25T01:30:24","slug":"lifeguards-x2-at-thelsac-equipment-and-services-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5342","title":{"rendered":"Lifeguards x2 at Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Lifeguard (1 Position \u2013 Female only)<br \/>\nReports To: Pool Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation: Lusaka<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTo ensure the safety of swimmers and other pool users by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and clean swimming environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2013 Monitor swimmers and pool activities to prevent accidents and injuries.<br \/>\n\u2013 Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure safe use of the facility.<br \/>\n\u2013 Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid\/CPR.<br \/>\n\u2013 Conduct routine inspections of pool areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for use.<br \/>\n\u2013 Report hazards, unsafe practices, or maintenance issues to management.<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide friendly assistance and information to pool users.<br \/>\n\u2013 Participate in safety drills, refresher trainings, and team meetings.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\n\u2013 Full G12 certificate<br \/>\n\u2013 Female, aged 20\u201335 years (preferred).<br \/>\n\u2013 Certified Lifeguard Training (Swimming and Water Rescue).<br \/>\n\u2013 First Aid and CPR certification (a must).<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong swimming ability and physical fitness.<br \/>\n\u2013 Good communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Alert, responsible, and able to remain calm under pressure.<br \/>\nPersonal Attributes<br \/>\n\u2013 Responsible and disciplined.<br \/>\n\u2013 Quick thinker and decisive in emergencies.<br \/>\n\u2013 Approachable, friendly, and customer-oriented.<br \/>\n\u2013 Team player with high integrity.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
