The Zambia International Trade Fair Trust (ZITFT) is seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of Zambia\u2019s flagship institutions for trade, investment, and industrial growth. As the custodian of the country\u2019s premier trade and exhibition platform, the CEO will play a pivotal role in strengthening Zambia\u2019s position as a competitive business hub in the region, fostering innovation, and driving inclusive economic development.

\nThe CEO will report to the Board of Trustees.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nThe successful candidate will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Provide strategic leadership and build organisational capacity to deliver on the Trust\u2019s mandate.
\nDevelop and implement innovative business development and investment strategies aligned with national and corporate objectives.
\nOversee infrastructure modernisation and ensure world-class exhibition standards.
\nFoster a results-oriented organisational culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence.
\nChampion enterprise risk management, compliance, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
\nEnsure financial sustainability, effective resource utilisation, and asset optimisation.
\nStrengthen ZITFT\u2019s reputation as a trusted partner by engaging government, private sector, international partners, and the community.
\nPresent timely and comprehensive reports to the Board to support evidence-based decision-making.<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 QUALIFICATION Qualifications & Experience.<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate.
\nMBA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
\nMembership with a relevant professional body.
\nAt least 10 years\u2019 senior management experience with a proven track record in strategic leadership and organisational transformation.
\nStrong background in accounting, financial management, marketing and corporate governance.
\nValid Zambian driver\u2019s licence.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.<\/p>\n
