\nLushomo Trust- Grace Centre is currently looking for a qualified person to urgently fill the position of\u00a0TRAINING MANAGER\/VICE PRINCIPAL.
\nORGANISATIONAL PROFILE
\nPURPOSE OF ESTABLISHMENT
\nLushomo Trust- Grace Centre is a community-based project located in Kazungula District along Mambova road. The Centre is TEVETA Accredited institution offering free skills training programs and also supports vulnerable girls with education sponsorship in primary and secondary schools.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Green National Registration card (NRC).
\nGrade 12 school\/GCE Certificate with 5 O-levels or better.
\nDiploma Degree in Education.
\nCraft certificate, Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in any skill e.g. Tailoring, bricklaying, food production, plumbing etc.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a related field.
\nPreferably, TEVETA accredited.<\/p>\n
Essential Skills and Attributes<\/p>\n
Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, communication, and management abilities are crucial.
\nCurriculum Development: Understanding competency-based training (CBT) methodologies is relevant given TEVETA\u2019s focus.
\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
\nAnalytical and Numerical Skills: Good planning and organizational skills are vital.
\nTechnological Proficiency: Computer literacy is expected.
\nIntegrity: High level of integrity is emphasized.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Administrative Oversight: Plan, direct, coordinate, and control training programs and general administration.
\nPromoting TEVET: Contribute to Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training development in Zambia.
\nReporting: Regular reporting to the principal on institutional performance
\nIdentifying Training Needs: Assessing skills gaps and determining training requirements aligned with organizational goals.
\nDesigning Training Programs: Creating curricula and materials tailored to address specific needs and learning styles.
\nImplementing Training: Coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, and ensuring effective delivery.
\nMonitoring and Evaluation: Tracking progress, gathering feedback, and assessing program impact on performance.<\/p>\n
