About Us:
\nWe\u2019re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Engineer to join our Route Patrol Department. As a Road Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of our roads, managing road patrol teams, and overseeing vehicle inspections and driver assessments.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage daily road patrol operations and ensure compliance with company procedures
\nReview and consolidate road patrol reports, and prepare comprehensive monthly reports
\nEscalate and follow up on unresolved road maintenance issues
\nOversee the performance and management of route patrol drivers
\nConduct vehicle inspections and driver assessments
\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager<\/p>\n

\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
\nDegree or Diploma in Road Construction, Transportation Management, or related field
\nRelevant 5 years\u2019 experience as a driver
\n\u00a03 years of experience in road construction and maintenance (advantageous)<\/p>\n

Valid driver\u2019s license
