The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a flexible, hands-on approach to providing support across various functions.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nTo post prime entries in the books of accounts<br \/>\nTo run Monthly payrolls for company and affiliates<br \/>\nTo file PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA monthly returns<br \/>\nTo perform client invoicing<br \/>\nTo prepare weekly cash reports and debtor\u2019s age analyses<br \/>\nTo file WHT, VAT and TOT returns for company and affiliates<br \/>\nTo assist Accountant in preparation of Monthly management Accounts<br \/>\nTo Assist Accountant in compilation of annual financial statements for Company and affiliates<br \/>\nTo reconcile customer and supplier statements when the need arises<br \/>\nTo process payments and maintain accounting records<br \/>\nTo perform such other duties and functions as may be required by the accountant and\/or Manager<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nLevel 2 CA Zambia or ZICA candidate\/ Part qualified ACCA\/CIMA\/ Accounting Diploma\/ Accounting degree<br \/>\n1 to 2 years working experience<br \/>\nmust be registered with ZICA as either a technician or student<br \/>\nThe candidate should be ready to report for work in State lodge area<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
