The Company offers opportunities for all to learn develop and grow, whilst offering challenging career opportunities for lateral or vertical advancement.<br \/>\nWe are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:<br \/>\nPosition: Material Handlers \u2013 Brewing and Packing departments<br \/>\nLocation: Kitwe<br \/>\nContract: One Year (1Year)<br \/>\nReporting to the\u00a0Team Leaders<br \/>\nThe successful candidates will be accountable for the following:<br \/>\nTo ensure that safety standards are adhered to.<br \/>\nTo wash all the containers and bottles in the packaging plant and all those coming from outside.<br \/>\nTo physically count all the crates in the packaging plant and all those coming from outside<br \/>\nTo prepare crate reports at the end of the day so as to indicate number of crates lost or gained.<br \/>\nTo physically wash and count all the crates in the packaging plant and all those coming from outside.<br \/>\nPhysically carry the beer from stacks and load vehicles.<br \/>\nEnsure adequate maize meal is available for brewing as instructed<br \/>\nEnsure that the maize is cleaned and weighed before milling<br \/>\nEnsure that Maize bags are counted and handed over to the Team Leader at the end of each shift.<br \/>\nMaintain the highest level of hygiene within the workstation by following the daily\/weekly cleaning schedule.<br \/>\nTo ensure that high levels of integrity and discipline are adhered to as stipulated by the laid down company code of conduct.<br \/>\nThe job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nCertificate or Diploma in any field<br \/>\nMinimum six months work experience<br \/>\nAbility to communicate well and should have a clean record.<br \/>\nTeam player<br \/>\nAbility to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and hard work<br \/>\nSober mind, self-starter physically fit and honest<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
