The Merchandisers will be responsible for producing sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers\u2019 expectations and company\u2019s objectives.<br \/>\nMaximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.<br \/>\nAnalyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges\/stock.<br \/>\nMonitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.<br \/>\nBuild constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.<br \/>\nRemain up to date with industry\u2019s best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>A full grade 12 certificate<br \/>\nMinimum Certificate in Agriculture from a recognized and approved institution.<br \/>\nExperience in merchandising or any related activity with farmers will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent time management skills<br \/>\nAttention to detail especially with numerical data<br \/>\nSound Communication skills for Work Efficiency and effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
