Our client, in the renewable energy sector, is seeking to recruit Area Business Managers to join their dynamic team. The Area Business Managers will play a key role in coordinating sales, collections, and distribution operations in the area they are assigned for the direct distribution of the organization\u2019s Solar products sold on a pay-as-you-go basis (also called and recognized as \u201cEasyBuy\u201d business unit) through a network of agents called as \u201cEnergy Officer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Monitor sales, collections, and oversee direct distribution of the
\norganizations\u2019 products sold on a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) basis through a
\nnetwork of sales agents known as \u201cField Sales Executives (FSEs).
\nPursue multiple avenues to find and recruit FSEs to represent and sell the
\nEasyBuy products.
\nMonitor productivity, and manage the performance of FSEs, and ensure
\nassigned tasks are fulfilled.
\nProvide ongoing training to the FSEs on several aspects of the business
\nsuch as sales, collections, customer service, product features and
\nfunctionality, and inventory management.
\nConduct daily market visits and resolve issues faced by the FSEs and
\ncustomers.
\nEnsure FSEs provide strong customers through activities such as
\nprospecting and sale initiation conversations, product installation,
\ncustomer education on how to make payments, and after-sales warranty
\nissues.
\nAdapt, comply with, and ensure adherence to sales policies and processes
\nwithin the team.
\nKeep abreast of market trends and expansion.<\/p>\n
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Degree or diploma in a business-related field or have a minimum of two
\nyears working in a sales field in the FMCG, microfinance, banking or
\ntelecom industries.
\nPassionate about positively impacting the lives of rural consumers.
\nDiligence, accuracy, reliability.
\nFluency in English and required local language.
\nSkilled in Microsoft office.<\/p>\n
