The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving performance, maintaining compliance, and supporting business growth across all departments.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Construction Works:<br \/>\n-Oversee and coordinate ongoing construction projects from planning to completion.<br \/>\n-Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.<br \/>\n-Manage budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance.<br \/>\n-Liaise with site supervisors, engineers, and clients.<br \/>\n2. Labour Hire:<br \/>\n-Manage labour hire operations including recruitment, rostering, and workforce planning.<br \/>\n-Ensure staff compliance with OH&amp;S requirements and site inductions.<br \/>\n-Maintain strong client relationships and address workforce needs promptly.<br \/>\n-Monitor employee performance and conduct reviews.<br \/>\n3. Car Hire:<br \/>\n-Oversee the car hire fleet including maintenance, servicing, and registration compliance.<br \/>\n-Develop and implement pricing, booking, and fleet utilization strategies.<br \/>\n-Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client relationships.<br \/>\n-Coordinate vehicle logistics and resolve issues promptly.<br \/>\n4. Accommodation Services:<br \/>\n-Manage accommodation bookings, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.<br \/>\n-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.<br \/>\n-Monitor occupancy rates and operational budgets.<br \/>\n-Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements.<br \/>\n5.General Operations Management:<br \/>\n-Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.<br \/>\n-Monitor KPIs and prepare regular operational and financial reports.<br \/>\n-Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all business units.<br \/>\n-Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.<br \/>\n-Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency across all services.<br \/>\n-Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and growth initiatives.<br \/>\nSkills &amp; Qualifications:<br \/>\n-Proven experience in operations management across multiple sectors (construction, labour hire, transport, or accommodation preferred).<br \/>\n-Strong leadership and team management skills.<br \/>\n-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.<br \/>\n-Solid understanding of compliance, WHS regulations, and project management principles.<br \/>\n-Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and service delivery targets.<br \/>\n-Competency in using operational management software and reporting tools.<br \/>\n-Relevant qualifications in business, construction, or operations management (desirable)<br \/>\n-All academic certificates must be certified by ZAQA<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
