\n1. Senior Officer (2 Positions)
\nRole Summary
\nReporting to senior management, the Senior Officers will support the delivery of lending services and ensure operational excellence and compliance.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day operations of lending products and services.
\nAssess credit applications and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
\nMonitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk.
\nPrepare operational and financial reports for management.
\nSupport business development initiatives and manage client relationships.
\nMentor and supervise junior staff.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum age 40 years.
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related field (Master\u2019s an advantage).
\nAt least 10 years\u2019 progressive experience in a financial lending institution.
\nStrong analytical, risk assessment and leadership skills.<\/p>\n
