\nThis is a\u00a0high-pressure role\u00a0that demands precision, speed, and resilience. You will be central to strengthening our financial controls, building robust reporting structures, and supporting the execution of our 2025\u20132029 Strategic Plan.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports through ERPNext.
\nDevelop ERP-driven dashboards to track KPIs, including product line profitability, cost controls, and performance ratios.
\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity across ERP financial modules.
\nManage payables, receivables, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (ZRA, NAPSA, etc.).
\nOversee month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all adjustments are processed correctly in ERPNext.
\nDrive standard costing, variance analysis, and budgetary control to enhance decision-making.
\nProvide timely financial insights to Management and the Board in alignment with strategic objectives.
\nUphold Finance Policy, Delegated Authority, and Anti-Corruption standards in all transactions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate with merit in Mathematics and English.
\nProfessional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA) \u2013 finalist or fully qualified.
\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 post-qualification experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
\nProven experience in financial reporting, KPI management, and ERP systems (ERPNext experience is an added advantage).
\nStrong knowledge of Zambian tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
\nAbility to design and implement dashboards, reports, and financial analysis tools.
\nHigh integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
