The ideal candidate will support the business with quotations, tenders, vendor registrations, invoicing, and client follow-ups. Advanced Ms office knowledge is a must.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPrepare and submit quotations and tenders in line with client requirements.<br \/>\nHandle vendor registration processes with government entities, and other clients.<br \/>\nGenerate invoices and ensure they are submitted promptly.<br \/>\nTrack pending quotations, tenders, and invoices, and follow up with clients to close deals.<br \/>\nMaintain records of all quotations, tenders, and invoicing for reporting and audit purposes.<br \/>\nLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather pricing and product information.<br \/>\nSupport sales team with administrative and documentation needs.<br \/>\nMaintain proper records and reports.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nStrong organizational and communication skills.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<br \/>\nAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.<br \/>\nExperience in sales administration is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
