\nJob Title: Human Resources and Administration Officer
\nContract: Permanent
\nLocation: Lusaka
\nReporting to the Human Resources Business Partner the successful candidate will be accountable for the Following:<\/p>\n
\u00a0 Implementing the provisions of the collective agreement and conditions of employment.
\n\u00a0 Assist in all Talent acquisition, Learning and Development programs.
\nInterpreting all grievance and disciplinary procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution of all cases.
\nLiaising with management and union executives through co-ordination of formal and informal meetings such as joint management\/ union consultative meetings.
\nResolving all human related claims brought against the company before legal action is resorted to.
\nAdministering procedures and policies regarding leave, advances, loans, medical, pension and other benefits to conform to the conditions of service.
\nOrganizing employee functions and town hall meetings.
\nUpdating all employee records relating to personal information etc.
\nCompiling of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on manpower statistics and other employee related issues for management.<\/p>\n
This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements ;<\/p>\n
\u00a0Degree\/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related field.
\n\u00a0 Full Grade twelve certificate with at least 6 Credits Mathematics, English and Science Inclusive.
\nThree years\u2019 experience in a related field and ZIHRM membership.
\nExperience in HR Information System will be an advantage
\nAbility to communicate well, team player and customer centric.
\nSober mind, self-starter physically fit and honest<\/p>\n
