Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ an ICT and Network Specialist to add value to our growing team.
\nPOSITION :\u00a0ICT and Network Specialist (X1)
\nLOCATION :\u00a0Ndola
\nJOB PURPOSE
\nTo support the company\u2019s operations by maintaining it\u2019s ICT systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems with computer systems, hardware and software.
\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Perform wide range computer system maintenance activities including installations, troubleshooting, upgrading, and configurations of hardware, software and network systems.
\nProvide technical support to internal users by troubleshooting issues with computer hardware, software and networks.
\nProvide useful recommendations on the usage of ICT facilities to prevent risk of damage to the company\u2019s ICT assets, including hardware and software assets.
\nRecommend and implement sound computer usage practices to maximise network security by assisting in the development of ICT policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
\nMaintain documentation of all company ICT facilities, including computer systems, network configurations, network performance, incident reports and recommendations for improvements.
\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.
\nMinimum of Three (03) years\u2019 experience in ICT Support and Administration.
\nKnowledge of hardware, software, network configuration and troubleshooting.
\nAny other certifications will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
