AGL is also present in Haiti and Timor.<br \/>\nAGL Zambia Limited is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the Finance team at our Lusaka Head Office as Cashier.<br \/>\nHow Will You Impact AGL Zambia Ltd?<br \/>\nUnder the supervision of the General Accountant, you will manage and be accountable for the day-to-day and monthly activities of the Head Office cash office by performing the following duties:<br \/>\nReceipts and Payments<br \/>\nTreasury and Banking<br \/>\nAll the receipts for the previous day should be posted the following day without fail.<br \/>\nIOU\u2019s should be posted to staff account.<br \/>\nEnsure IOU\u2019s are retired within 48 hours.<br \/>\nYou are entirely responsible for all the cash in the cash office.<br \/>\nMatch &amp; Control Transit A\/c (SNZ999100)<br \/>\nPosting correctly and accurately of Petty Cash Vouchers in Sun on a daily basis.<br \/>\nCash and cash validation report should tally.<br \/>\nBalance the days cashing before close of business<br \/>\nBe ready for surprise cash counts.<br \/>\nResponsible for stock management of receiving and giving out stock<br \/>\nActual stock should tally with the stock in Precoro system<br \/>\nWhat You Need to Succeed.<br \/>\nGrade Twelve School Certificate<br \/>\nAt least 2 Years of work experience in a Similar Position<br \/>\nCA Zambia<br \/>\nPaid up member of ZICA<br \/>\nFirm and organized.<br \/>\nGood team management skills<br \/>\nThe ability to work in a team and individually<br \/>\nSound decision-making<br \/>\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\nGood attention to detail<br \/>\nThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlines<br \/>\nGood business judgment<br \/>\nA good head for numbers<br \/>\nExcellent Computer Skills<br \/>\nMust be able to work independently, be self-assured as well as have a diplomatic personality.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
