{"id":5445,"date":"2025-09-23T18:02:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-23T18:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/tracking-control-intern-at-huachen-international-supply-chain-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-12-03T00:14:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T00:14:51","slug":"tracking-control-intern-at-huachen-international-supply-chain-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5445","title":{"rendered":"Tracking Control Intern at Huachen International Supply Chain Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is seeking to employ a Tracking Control Intern to join our team.<br \/>\nPOSITION :\u00a0Tracking Control Intern (X1)<br \/>\nLOCATION :\u00a0Ndola<br \/>\nJOB PURPOSE<br \/>\nTo assist with day-to-day tasks involved in managing the company\u2019s fleet, real-time GPS tracking and monitoring.<br \/>\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Monitor and track the status of shipments in real-time, using our tracking systems and software.<br \/>\nProvide timely updates to clients and internal teams on the progress of shipments.<br \/>\nIdentify and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process, coordinating with carriers, drivers, and other stakeholders as necessary.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tracking information.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the operations team to improve tracking procedures and technologies.<br \/>\nAssist in generating reports and analysis on shipment performance.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with all logistics and transportation regulations.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Transport and Logistics<br \/>\nPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.<br \/>\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.<br \/>\nProficient in using tracking systems and software.<br \/>\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
