\nJob Title: IT Team Support \u2013 Quality Assurance
\nThe key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:
\nDevelop and execute test plans \u2013 Create detailed test scripts, plans, and cases for new product development and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with Application Engineers \u2013 Define test conditions and investigate product failures.
\nEnsure timely completion of test assignments \u2013 Meet deadlines and resolve defects in collaboration with engineering
\nteams.
\nAnalyze user requirements \u2013 Review for clarity, completeness, and testability.
\nEvaluate vendor packages \u2013 Assist in assessing and implementing third-party software releases.
\nTest system compatibility \u2013 Confirm new features work with existing systems and interfaces.
\nEngage with customers \u2013 Provide technical insights and support on active projects.
\nProblem-solving and analysis \u2013 Conduct investigations and apply analytical thinking to resolve issues.
\nDocument and support audits \u2013 Write comprehensive test documentation and support project audits.
\nInterpret technical designs \u2013 Understand and explain complex business and technical designs.
\nInnovate and improve processes \u2013 Develop new methodologies and stay updated with evolving technologies.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in IT\/Software Engineering or related discipline
\nUnderstanding of Software Development: Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
\nProgramming Knowledge: Strong understanding of Python, Java.
\nTesting tools knowledge: Strong understanding of API, Load, Functional and test Management tools such as JMeter, Postman, JUnit, Jira<\/p>\n
