The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, skilled in digital communication, and eager to contribute fresh ideas to help Azure Financial Services connect with its target audience.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Ka Lelo, SmartPlus, and other financial products.<br \/>\nCreate engaging, well-written content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.<br \/>\nSupport market research efforts to understand customer needs and industry trends.<br \/>\nCollaborate with design and product teams to develop marketing assets.<br \/>\nMonitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.<br \/>\nHelp organize events, activations, and community outreach programs.<br \/>\nMaintain and update the company\u2019s website and digital platforms.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.<br \/>\nStrong written and verbal communication skills \u2014 must be eloquent and confident in presenting ideas.<br \/>\nCreative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visual content.<br \/>\nProficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).<br \/>\nAnalytical thinking and ability to interpret marketing data.<br \/>\nSelf-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.<br \/>\nExperience in financial services or fintech is a plus.<br \/>\nApplication Requirements<br \/>\nSubmit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.<br \/>\nBonus Advantage:<br \/>\nApplicants who submit a short video (1\u20132 minutes) introducing themselves and talking about Azure Financial Services\u2019 products \u2014 Ka Lelo or InvestPlus \u2014 will have an added advantage.
