\nThe Required Skills for this Role Include:<\/p>\n
Ensuring Financial Accuracy \u2013 Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
\nSupporting Financial Reporting \u2013 Assisting in preparing and generating accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
\nImproving Operational Efficiency \u2013 Streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency with the finance department
\nMaintaining Compliance \u2013 Ensuring that financial practices and documents comply with relevant laws, regulations and accounting standards.
\nFacilitating Accounts Reconciliation \u2013 Managing the reconciliation of intercompany and supplier accounts to ensure consistency
\nEnhancing Payment Management \u2013 Ensuring that all invoices are processed on time, and minimize delays.
\nSupporting Internal Control \u2013 Assisting in maintaining strong internal controls over financial processes and prevent discrepancies.
\nAssisting in Audit Preparation \u2013 Preparing necessary financial documents and assisting in internal and external audits.<\/p>\n
The Required Qualifications are:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate including English and Mathematic
\nAccountancy Qualifications
\nComputer Literacy, Excel and Word
\nZICA Membership will be an added Advantage<\/p>\n
