You will be the first point of contact for our Yango drivers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Answer and make calls in a professional and friendly manner.<br \/>\nWelcome and assist walk-in drivers with inquiries or support needs.<br \/>\nProvide accurate product\/service information to customers.<br \/>\nHandle drivers\u2019 complaints, queries, and follow-ups with empathy and efficiency.<br \/>\nMaintain proper records of customer interactions.<br \/>\nCollaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Must have completed Grade 12.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in customer service or call center operations is an added advantage.<br \/>\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
