\nKey Responsibilities
\nFuel Dispensing & Transactions:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Accurately operate fuel pumps and manage financial transactions.
\nVerify fuel orders and ensure precise dispensing in line with company protocols.<\/p>\n
Customer Service:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
\n\u00a0Answer customer inquiries regarding fuel products, pricing, and station services.<\/p>\n
Safety & Compliance:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures related to fuel handling.
\n\u00a0Conduct routine safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.<\/p>\n
Maintenance & Cleanliness:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuelling area and surrounding premises.
\n\u00a0Monitor fuel levels and coordinate with management for timely resupply.<\/p>\n
Record Keeping:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Accurately document transactions, fuel deliveries, and any incidents.
\n\u00a0Assist in maintaining inventory records and managing fuel stock levels.<\/p>\n

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise staff during assigned shifts
\n\u00a0Ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
\nHandle customer queries or complaints during the shift.
\n\u00a0Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
\n\u00a0Ensure staff follow procedures and safety rules.
