As the team behind Zambia\u2019s most iconic festivals and high-level corporate events, we pride ourselves on innovation, attention to detail, and producing experiences that leave lasting impressions.<br \/>\nWe are now expanding our creative team and seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in motion graphics, CAD design, and high-spec architectural renders.<br \/>\nRole Overview<br \/>\nThis role demands a multidisciplinary designer capable of merging creativity with technical precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-impact visuals, 3D renders, architectural layouts, and motion graphics that align with our premium brand identity and meet client expectations.<br \/>\nYou will work closely with our Creative, Events, and Production teams to deliver concepts and executions that push the boundaries of design in Zambia\u2019s fast-growing experiential industry.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nDevelop visually striking graphic design, branding, and motion graphics for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.<br \/>\nProduce CAD drawings and 3D high-spec renders for event layouts, exhibition stands, stage setups, and architectural visualisations.<br \/>\nTranslate creative briefs into innovative, premium design solutions that reflect brand objectives.<br \/>\nCollaborate with project managers, event producers, and clients to bring design concepts to life.<br \/>\nEnsure all work meets high standards of creativity, technical accuracy, and brand consistency.<br \/>\nOversee pre-production design assets including branding collateral, signage, props, and spatial layouts.<br \/>\nStay up to date with the latest design trends, software updates, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.<br \/>\nRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications<br \/>\nQualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related field- Extensive experience can be considered.<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics (agency or events experience preferred).<br \/>\nProven expertise in:<br \/>\nMotion Graphics (After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar).<br \/>\nCAD Design &amp; Architectural Rendering (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent).<br \/>\nHigh-Spec 3D Rendering (V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar).<br \/>\nAdobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).<br \/>\nStrong portfolio showcasing a blend of creative design, motion graphics, CAD drawings, and high-end renders.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver flawless design solutions.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.<br \/>\nDesirable Attributes<br \/>\nPrevious experience in events, marketing agencies, or experiential design.<br \/>\nStrong eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.<br \/>\nPassion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.<br \/>\nTeam player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nOpportunity to work with Zambia\u2019s leading experiential marketing agency on high-profile projects.<br \/>\nCreative freedom to shape premium visual experiences.<br \/>\nDynamic and collaborative work environment.<br \/>\nCompetitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
