This role requires creativity, excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistent, stylish, and memorable bar service aligned with the brand standards of The Cubes.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nGuest Service &amp; Experience<br \/>\nGreet guests warmly and create a welcoming, stylish atmosphere at the bar.<br \/>\nPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and specialty drinks with consistency and flair.<br \/>\nProvide recommendations to guests on drinks and pairings with available menu items.<br \/>\nEnsure that all guest interactions reflect professionalism, friendliness, and The Cubes brand standards.<br \/>\nBar Operations<br \/>\nSet up, stock, and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.<br \/>\nMix and garnish drinks according to recipes or personal creativity while keeping within approved cost margins.<br \/>\nMonitor guest consumption and comply with responsible service of alcohol standards.<br \/>\nProcess payments accurately using the POS system.<br \/>\nMaintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils in good condition.<br \/>\nInventory &amp; Stock Control<br \/>\nMonitor and record daily stock levels of beverages, mixers, and bar consumables.<br \/>\nReport shortages, damages, or special stock requirements to the Supervisor.<br \/>\nAssist in monthly stock counts and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.<br \/>\nCollaboration &amp; Teamwork<br \/>\nWork closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.<br \/>\nSupport in creating special bar promotions, themed nights, and events to drive guest engagement.<br \/>\nAssist with training new team members on bar standards and beverage preparation.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
