The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to our attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the firm.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nDrafting and filing legal documents.<br \/>\nManaging case files and ensuring accurate record keeping.<br \/>\nConducting legal research as directed by attorneys.<br \/>\nLiaising with courts, clients, and other stakeholders.<br \/>\nPreparing briefs, letters, and other legal correspondence.<br \/>\nPerforming office administrative tasks and maintaining confidentiality at all times.<br \/>\nRunning office errands and attending to official deliveries (requiring valid driver\u2019s license).<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Requirements<br \/>\nValid Driver\u2019s Licence \u2013 a must.<br \/>\nGrade 12 School Certificate.<br \/>\nMinimum of a Diploma in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.<br \/>\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience working with a reputable law firm.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
