Compliance and Policy Development:<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and update HR policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2013 Conduct audits and maintain employee records.<br \/>\n6.
