\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Oversee full lodge operations: guest services, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance & security
\nLead and manage a diverse lodge team with integrity and professionalism
\nEnsure consistent delivery of top-tier guest experiences
\nManage budgets, procurement, stock, and financial reporting
\nBuild relationships with guests, staff, communities, and suppliers
\nLiaise with head office on strategic goals, HR, and marketing<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in lodge or remote hospitality management
\nStrong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
\nFinancial and operational acumen
\nWillingness to live and work in remote lodge environments
\nDiploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred)
\nZambian nationals strongly encouraged to apply
