The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a positive and fair workplace.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nRecruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and screening applications to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.<br \/>\nEmployee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, manage grievance procedures, and promote a positive work environment.<br \/>\nPerformance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and support managers in the performance review process.<br \/>\nTraining and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.<br \/>\nCompensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.<br \/>\nHR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).<br \/>\nLegal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Zambian labor laws, including the Employment Code Act No. 3 of 2019.<br \/>\nQualifications and Skills:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree \/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\nA valid practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is mandatory<br \/>\nProven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.<br \/>\nIn-depth knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br \/>\nProficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
