{"id":5518,"date":"2025-09-30T12:00:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T12:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/interns-arrears-management-6-at-bayport-financial-services\/"},"modified":"2025-10-04T00:14:17","modified_gmt":"2025-10-04T00:14:17","slug":"interns-arrears-management-6-at-bayport-financial-services","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5518","title":{"rendered":"Interns \u2013 Arrears Management (6) at Bayport Financial Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB SUMMARY<br \/>\nThe job holder will be responsible for following up clients in arrears for payments and\/or consolidation of loans resulting in loan rehabilitation.<br \/>\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up on defaulting clients for debt consolidation resulting in rehabilitation of loans and move them out of arrears.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure closure and completion of assigned calls by use of persuasive skills in convincing clients to make cash payments<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that perpetual defaulters sign repayment plans to achieve maximum &amp; timely collections<br \/>\n\u2022 Tracing clients that are unreachable as well as maintaining stakeholder relationships.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure a smooth transition of collections from early warning to off payroll collections for clients confirmed to be off payroll.<br \/>\n\u2022 Comprehensive interpretation of loan accounts, tracking of payments, facilitate payments being linked to loan accounts promptly and correctly<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide inputs for monthly default reason coding, ensure loans are classified under the correct collection mode.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of the defaulting client files, call reports, update and circulation of follow-up reports reflecting payments, and client feedback and action reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of any other reports necessary<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform any other lawfully given duties<br \/>\nMINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2022 Full Grade 12 certificate including Mathematics and English<br \/>\n\u2022 Degree holder in social sciences or any other related field of study<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum of six months\u2019 work experience in this field is an added advantage<br \/>\nOTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Ability to work well under minimum supervision.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Proactive and self-motivated.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
