Exciting opportunities bring Anantara\u2019s heart-felt hospitality and sense of discovery to destinations across Asia and the Middle East.<br \/>\nJob Description<br \/>\nAs a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:<br \/>\nCoordinating and completing the night audit function in a timely and accurate manner<br \/>\nEnsuring all financial transactions of the hotel are conducted with the highest standards of honesty and integrity<br \/>\nServing as the main point of contact for guests during night hours, providing exceptional customer service<br \/>\nEfficiently operating the Front desk during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries<br \/>\nReconciling daily revenue and preparing various financial reports<br \/>\nVerifying and balancing all cashiers\u2019 work for the day<br \/>\nIdentifying and resolving any discrepancies in financial records<br \/>\nMonitoring and updating room inventory and rates<br \/>\nProcessing end-of-day transactions and running system reports<br \/>\nAssisting with guest requests and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution<br \/>\nMaintaining security protocols and responding to emergencies as needed<br \/>\nCollaborating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations<br \/>\nPreparing handover notes for the morning shift<br \/>\nContinuously updating knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide informed assistance to guests<br \/>\nYou will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial accuracy and guest satisfaction of our establishment during night hours.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nCollege diploma in hotel management, finance, or related field<br \/>\nPrevious experience in Front Office or Night Audit role<br \/>\nExperience with Front Office Systems and property management software<br \/>\nGood level of English, both written and spoken<br \/>\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills<br \/>\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and make decisions under pressure<br \/>\nFlexible schedule with availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills<br \/>\nKnowledge of cash handling procedures and financial reconciliation<br \/>\nExcellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour<br \/>\nBasic understanding of hotel operations and interdepartmental communication<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information<br \/>\nFirst Aid and CPR certification (preferred)<br \/>\nAdditional Information<br \/>\nFull grade twelve school certificate<br \/>\nThree traceable referees with their emails and mobile numbers<br \/>\nClosing date: 3rd October 2025<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
