Main Duties<\/p>\n
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Museum strategic goals.<\/p>\n
Drive business innovation, and user experience excellence.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform business development strategy.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities for new business or enhancements to existing offerings.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align on priorities.<\/p>\n
Serve as a business development champion internally and externally.<\/p>\n
Provide sensitization to stakeholders and support cross-functional team collaboration.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Ensure all business developments adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.<\/p>\n
Define and monitor key product KPIs and success metrics.<\/p>\n
Use data analytics to guide decision-making and improve business development performance.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Full School Certificate or its equivalent.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.<\/p>\n
Demonstrated success development of complex products from ideation to launch.<\/p>\n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in product management tools platforms.<\/p>\n
