{"id":5540,"date":"2025-09-30T14:02:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T14:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/sales-executive-at-olympus-management-consulting-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-10-11T00:14:29","modified_gmt":"2025-10-11T00:14:29","slug":"sales-executive-at-olympus-management-consulting-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5540","title":{"rendered":"Sales Executive at Olympus Management Consulting Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OLYMPUS BUSINESS AND CONSULTING LIMITED<br \/>\nMARKETING EXECUTIVES: Lusaka x 2: Ndola x 2<br \/>\nAs a marketing executive, you\u2019ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote<br \/>\na product, service or idea.<br \/>\nMany organisations have marketing departments, meaning that you can work in both the private and<br \/>\npublic sector in areas ranging from finance, retail and media to voluntary and charitable organisations.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<br \/>\nAs a marketing executive, you\u2019ll need to:<br \/>\n\u2022 create awareness of and develop the OLYMPUS Brands<br \/>\n\u2022 communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships<br \/>\n\u2022 help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns<br \/>\n\u2022 source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio<br \/>\n\u2022 work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as<br \/>\nbrochures and adverts<br \/>\n\u2022 write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns<br \/>\n\u2022 produce creative content, including videos and blog posts<br \/>\n\u2022 run social media channels<br \/>\n\u2022 organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions<br \/>\n\u2022 source and secure sponsorship<br \/>\n\u2022 liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots<br \/>\n\u2022 arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials<br \/>\n\u2022 maintain and update customer databases<br \/>\n\u2022 conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups<br \/>\n\u2022 develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.<br \/>\nExperience Required<br \/>\n\u2022 develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing<br \/>\nprogramme)<br \/>\n\u2022 evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct<br \/>\nmediums are being used and campaigns are effective<br \/>\n\u2022 track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports<br \/>\nfor management<br \/>\n\u2022 monitor and report on competitor activity<br \/>\n\u2022 lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships,<br \/>\neditorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities<br \/>\n\u2022 oversee and manage the marketing budget.<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma \/Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution \u2022 Current membership of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of social media marketing<br \/>\nWorking hours<br \/>\nWorking hours are generally 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some<br \/>\nevenings or weekends when organising or attending events or when working on a big marketing<br \/>\ncampaign.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
