The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
CollectS, analyze, and interpret product, customer, and market data to provide actionable insights;
\nPrepares regular reports and dashboards on product performance, revenue trends, and key KPIs;
\nMonitors competitor activities and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities;
\nSupports the Product Manager in tracking the execution of product strategies and roadmaps;
\nAssists in evaluating product feasibility studies, business cases, and opportunity assessments;
\nContributes to documenting product requirements, epics, and features in collaboration with Product Owners and delivery teams;
\nTracks and monitor progress of product initiatives, escalating risks or blockers in a timely manner;
\nAssists in the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches or enhancements;
\nCoordinates with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of product rollouts;
\nSupports in monitoring customer adoption, user experience, and feedback post-launch;
\nLiaises with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align on deliverables;<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
\n3\u20134 years\u2019 experience in fintech, banking, or telecommunications, with exposure to product management, business analysis, or financial services
\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
\nUnderstanding of digital financial services, remittances, payments, or mobile money
\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
\nProactive, self-driven, and adaptable mindset
\nProfessional certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Business Analysis will be an added advantage
\nExperience supporting Go-To-Market execution for financial or digital products will be an added advantage
