\nEleganciana Lodges, a serene\u00a0\u201cHome Away from Home\u201d\u00a0offering comfortable bed & breakfast accommodations with modern amenities, is seeking the following positions to join our team:<\/p>\n
LODGE MANAGER<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and facilities management, kitchen, maintenance & security<\/p>\n
Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n
Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the lodge.<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory and manage budgets efficiently.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and lodge profitability.<\/p>\n
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum\u00a0Grade 12 School Certificate\u00a0with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics<\/p>\n
A\u00a0Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field\u00a0is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
Minimum of\u00a03 years in a supervisory or managerial role\u00a0within the hospitality industry; experience managing lodge operations is preferred.<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of hospitality software and booking systems is a plus.<\/p>\n
Ability to resolve guest complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Understanding of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
