{"id":5559,"date":"2025-10-01T10:00:18","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T10:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/estate-manager-at-private\/"},"modified":"2025-10-06T00:13:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T00:13:50","slug":"estate-manager-at-private","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5559","title":{"rendered":"Estate Manager at Private"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For Immediate Employment<br \/>\nWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a housing complex and ensure high standard of living for our residents.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Manage the overall operations and of the property ie Maintenance, Gardening, Housekeeping and administrative work.<br \/>\n\u2013 Coordinate and supervise staff and other vendors.<br \/>\n\u2013 Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with local regulations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions.<br \/>\n\u2013 Advertise and fill in vacant apartments by working hand in hand with real estate agents and handle walk in clients.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2013 Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong understanding of property management and maintenance practices.<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel<br \/>\n\u2013 Good time management skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
