{"id":5563,"date":"2025-10-01T16:00:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T16:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/analyst-planning-and-reporting-at-mtn\/"},"modified":"2025-10-09T00:14:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T00:14:04","slug":"analyst-planning-and-reporting-at-mtn","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5563","title":{"rendered":"Analyst Planning and Reporting at MTN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Assists with developing business growth plans and supports products and services planning and forecasting process by providing information on revenue and targets<br \/>\nConstructs, implements and fine-tunes methods, processes, and systems to enhance effectiveness and meet organizational goals, considering the impact of solutions on other areas of the business, as well as the interdependence of units.<br \/>\nOriginates and manages research around consumer insights and market share and exploit findings for the benefit of MTN Mobile Money Zambia Limited.<br \/>\nProvides inputs for the forecasting, planning, development, and review of budget for MTN Mobile Money<br \/>\nDevelop, maintain and challenge multi-year financial plans and annual budgets.<br \/>\nBuilds rolling forecasts and scenarios analysis to anticipate business trends and risks.<br \/>\nProduce timely, accurate monthly\/ quarterly \/annual management reports with clear insights and KPIs<br \/>\nAssess new business opportunities, ROI analyses and business case development.<br \/>\nContributes to timely submission of requested financial information to MTN Mobile Money Finance (Forecasts and business plan).<br \/>\nFacilitates accurate data analysis and reporting on performance update, project deliverables, quality, cost, time, etc.<br \/>\nAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing financial guidance to support initiatives, pricing, cost.<br \/>\nCandidate Requirements<br \/>\nGrade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must.<br \/>\nDegree in Accounting, Business\/Commerce, or equivalent field<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance or Financial planning.<br \/>\nExperience with Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.<br \/>\nStrong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.<br \/>\nCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nExperience in Fintech, banking or Telecom is preferred<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
