JOB PURPOSE<br \/>\nThe Job Holder will be a key member of the school\u2019s Management team and will be responsible for supporting the holistic education outcomes and learning experience of students through effective school administration and efficient management of resources by:Online courses<br \/>\nLeading a team of Administrative staff to uphold service excellence in school and work in close collaboration with the teaching staff and support staff to achieve the desired school and educational outcomes.<br \/>\nDeveloping the school\u2019s strategic goals and driving for continuous improvement.<br \/>\nBuilding collaborative partnerships and active engagement with key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.<br \/>\nOverseeing the school\u2019s management and operations to ensure compliance with relevant policies\/statutes and procedures for a safe and conducive learning environment.<br \/>\nMake the most effective use of employees through conscientious recruitment, development, and motivation.<br \/>\nAdvise on employee relations issues in order to effectively achieve business, academic and social objectives.<br \/>\nCo-ordinate the pastoral care of the pupils and students in liaison with Parents, House Parents and Grade Teachers.<br \/>\nMonitor the implementation of an effective co-curricular programmes.<br \/>\nEnforce school adherence to existing Labour Laws.<br \/>\nEnforce discipline among staff and pupils.<br \/>\n2. JOB QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\n(i) A Bachelor\u2019s Degree, preferably in Education or any related discipline.<br \/>\nA Master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n(ii) A committed Christian with proven leadership and management skills.<br \/>\n(iii) Knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic vision of education.<br \/>\n(iv) Counselling and teaching skills to facilitate the fullest development of pupils, students and staff.<br \/>\n(v) Ten (10) years\u2019 experience in education, five of which should have been in the position of Principal, Vice Principal or Head of Department of a boarding Secondary School.<br \/>\n(vi) Must be computer literate.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
