Performs detailed investigations and root cause analyses for identified fraud cases;
\nAnalyzes fraud patterns and trends, translating findings into proactive fraud prevention measures;
\nMaintains and update the company\u2019s Fraud Register and Fraud Risk Universe;
\nConducts fraud risk assessments and periodic ad-hoc testing of fraud controls;
\nLiaises with law enforcement and regulatory authorities on fraud-related matters;
\nPromotes fraud awareness and support training initiatives across the organization.
\nMonitors transactions and customer activity for unusual or suspicious patterns;
\nConducts investigations into potential AML cases and escalate findings as required;
\nAssists in preparing and filing Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and other regulatory submissions;
\nSupports the implementation of AML\/CFT policies, procedures, and systems;
\nWorks closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to AML regulations;
\nStays updated on emerging AML risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices;
\nAssists in the development and maintenance of the company\u2019s Risk Register;
\nSupports risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across business units;
\nParticipates in risk workshops and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely risk mitigation actions;
\nEvaluates the effectiveness of key risk controls and propose enhancements;
\nProvides input into the company\u2019s risk appetite and risk tolerance framework;
\nCollaborates with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other control functions on enterprise risk matters;
\nPrepares risk reports and dashboards for management and governance committees.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better
\nFirst degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration.
\nMinimum 2 years in a business environment preferably in audit(external\/internal)
\nFraud investigations and\/or compliance
\nCapable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
