This job includes\u00a0developing strategies, conducting market research, creating and executing marketing campaigns, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, tracking sales data, presenting reports, and working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to meet company goals and targets.\u00a0This job will focus on understanding customer needs to drive our brand awareness, increase sales, and achieve overall business objectives through strategic planning and hands-on execution.
\nThe job accountabilities include the following;<\/p>\n
\u00a0Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive sales growth.
\nConduct research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
\n\u00a0Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and website updates.
\n\u00a0Plan, execute, and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns across various channels the company.
\n\u00a0Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
\n\u00a0Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including calls, emails, and networking of the Institute.
\n\u00a0Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing technical expertise and addressing inquiries.
\nOrganize and control sales activities, set pricing, and develop targeted sales strategies.
\nNegotiate deals with clients and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
\nTrack sales data and performance to ensure the company meets sales targets and create forecasts.
\n\u00a0Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure coordinated efforts and brand consistency.
\nAnalyse sales and marketing data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
\nContinuously strive to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
\nWork towards meeting and exceeding sales and marketing goals and targets.
\nBe the Manager for the Institute by controlling all functions.<\/p>\n
Qualification\/Experience<\/p>\n
Grade 12 School Certificate
\n\u00a0BA Business Administration or Sales & Marketing with more than 3 years\u2019 experience
\nDiploma in Sales & Marketing with not less than 5 years\u2019 Experience
\n\u00a0A self-Starter
\nAnalytical Skills
