The role ensures that training programs are aligned with the Balanced Scorecard dimensions: Financial, customer, Internal process, and Learning &amp; Growth.<br \/>\nReports to: Manager- Learning &amp; Development<br \/>\nBranch: Lusaka<br \/>\nContract Duration: Two (2) Years<br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\nGeneral responsibilities will include Training planning, organizing and delivery; Performance management Appraisals; Talent Identification &amp; acquisition, Staff Development and LMS administration.<br \/>\nLearning &amp; Growth Perspective<\/p>\n<p>Conduct training needs analysis using performance data and strategic priorities.<br \/>\nDevelop and deliver learning programs (e-learning, workshop, coaching)<br \/>\nFacilitate onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.<br \/>\n\u00a0Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.<br \/>\nTrack and report on learning KPIs (e.g., training hours, completion rates)<\/p>\n<p>Internal Process Perspective<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational goals.<br \/>\nImplement competency frameworks and career development pathways.<br \/>\n\u00a0Support performance management systems with SMART goal setting.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with mandatory training and regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\u00a0Maintain accurate training records and documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Perspective<\/p>\n<p>Enhance employee engagement through development opportunities.<br \/>\nGather feedback from internal stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.<br \/>\nSupport initiatives that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nAlign training outcomes with customer-centric behaviours and values.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Perspective<\/p>\n<p>Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.<br \/>\nEvaluate R0I of learning initiatives and recommend improvements.<br \/>\nOptimize resource allocation for high-impact development programs<\/p>\n<p>Organizational Culture &amp; Values<\/p>\n<p>Promote and exemplify the company\u2019s philosophy, values, principles, and behaviors across the business.<br \/>\nConsistently uphold organizational values in all activities and interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Must have a full Grade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource, Education, Organizational Development, or related field<br \/>\nMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in L&amp;D or HR roles.<br \/>\nExperience in HRIS, preferably Sage 300 People.<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.<br \/>\nProficiency in learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools)<br \/>\nExperience with Balanced scorecard or strategic HR frameworks is an advantage.<br \/>\nAll Qualifications must be validated by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).<\/p>\n<p>Job-Specific Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strategic thinking and alignment to business goals.<br \/>\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills.<br \/>\nAnalytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills<br \/>\n\u00a0Project management and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
