\nThe Company Seeks the Services of a\u00a0Physiotherapist x1
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients referred for physiotherapy
\nDevelop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
\nMonitor and evaluate patient progress during and after treatment sessions.
\nOrganize, prioritize, and manage daily caseload effectively
\nCollaborate with the Physiotherapy In-Charge and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care.
\nEducate patients on safe use of techniques, exercises, and preventive care.
\nEducate patients on safe use of techniques, exercises, and preventive care.
\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and report progress to referring doctors.
\nEnsure all documentation is complete, legible, and properly filed in medical records.
\nOperate, clean, and maintain physiotherapy equipment, reporting faults or safety concerns promptly
\nEnsure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for use
\nAdhere to infection control policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
\nManage and monitor usage of departmental supplies, equipment, and linen.
\nPrepare and submit accurate monthly statistical reports to the Physiotherapy In-Charge
\nComply with hospital regulations and maintain high standards of patient care at all times.<\/p>\n

\nTo be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nDiploma in Physiotherapy
\nCertificate in Ponseti method
\nAll academic qualification should be verified and certified by Zambia Qualifications Authority<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and corporate objectives.
