\nThe Company Seeks the Services of a\u00a0Public Relations Officer x1
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Draft articles, press releases, and other communication materials for internal, local, and international media publications.
\nCoordinate with media representatives to promote company events, activities, and initiatives.
\nCoordinate with media representatives to promote company events, activities, and initiatives.
\nDevelop and prepare PR and branding materials to enhance the Company\u2019s visibility across various platforms and events.
\nCapture and document corporate events through photography, videography, and reports
\nParticipate in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events to ensure consistent branding and communication.
\nBuild and maintain professional networks with media practitioners and other stakeholders
\nMonitor trends in print, electronic, and online media, and provide timely updates to management
\nMaintain an updated stakeholder database to support effective communication.
\nAssist in organising official visits and ensuring adherence to company safety and communication protocols.<\/p>\n

\nTo be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate
\nDiploma in Public Relations or Mass Communications\/ Journalism from a reputable institution.
\nAt least five (5) years of experience in the Public Relations\/ Journalism fields.
\nAll academic qualifications should be verified and certified by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and corporate objectives.
