The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment while aligning HR practices with industry-specific standards.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical roles.<br \/>\nManage HR records, payroll support, and employee welfare programs.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards.<br \/>\nCoordinate staff training, performance management, and career development initiatives.<br \/>\nHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.<br \/>\nAssist in policy development and HR best practices tailored to healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.<br \/>\nCollaborate with management to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field<br \/>\nMust have a valid ZIHRM certificate<br \/>\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 HR experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.<br \/>\nProficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.<br \/>\nHigh level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational skills.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
