\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and support.
\nPromote and sell the company\u2019s full range of financial products and services.
\nExecute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
\nHandle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and urgency.
\nMaking follows up and reminders for payment.
\nMaintain accurate client records, updating the system and ensure compliance with company policies.
\nPrepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the branch and overall business operations.
\nEngage in business development and provide continued analysis on market changes.
\nCollaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in customer service or sales, preferably in financial services.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\nHigh level of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
