\nHUMAN RESOURCE ADVISOR \u2013 HUNTLEY FARM (X1)
\nThe required skills for the role include:<\/p>\n
Supporting the recruitment process in the business, including ensuring effective induction and onboarding
\nProviding input to budget for total manpower requirements.
\nImplementing the talent processes as per the Zambeef Way to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the business unit in line with strategies and plans.
\nTraining and supporting managers on the quality and outputs of talent management processes & and principles Support individuals and managers in developing team and individual goals that are relevant to their business unit and aligned to business priorities and customer requirements
\nApplying and interpreting company policy and legal procedures to deal with IR cases, and advise management and workers
\nEnsuring timely updating of key HR information and managing personnel data on the HRIS system.
\nCoordinating the time and attendance system and addressing any non-compliance.
\nPreparing and analyzing monthly HR Reports and dashboards. by observing trends, and proposing and implementing actions to sustain positive results.<\/p>\n
The required qualifications for the role:<\/p>\n
Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits inclusive of Mathematics and English
\nDegree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on Human Resource experience.
\nMembership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
