\nTAU Zambia is recognized and approved by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and the Ministry of Higher Education Zambia. It offers Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, and PhD Programs in various streams, providing high-quality education and fostering academic excellence.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Taking Lectures, Question Bank Development, Subject Oriented Evaluation etc.
\nProvide academic guidance and mentorship to other members of staff.
\nFacilitate the development of research agendas\/projects and innovation
\nProvide leadership in securing research grants in Departments\/ Schools\/Faculties
\nSupervise higher research degrees and postdoctoral research.
\nProvide leadership in curriculum development and implementation.
\nFoster development of innovative teaching and learning methods
\nFacilitate the development and review of instructional resources.
\nEnhance the image of the University through public service, involvement with professional bodies, presentations at national and international conferences
\nContribute to management and leadership of the University through committee membership and academic policy development
\nFacilitate development and implementation of resource mobilization strategies in Departments and Schools<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience.<\/p>\n
Graduate degree in Public Health \/ Medicine or any health-related equivalent (BPH \/ MBCHB \/ MBBS or BSC)
\nPostgraduate qualification in Public Health \/ Medicine or any health-related equivalent (MPH \/ MMeD \/ MD or MSC)
\nAn earned Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent qualifications in Public Health or relevant discipline from a registered\/accredited university (Programme Duration should have minimum 3 years).
\nMinimum 10 years of combined teaching and research experience (including prior experience as Associate Professor or equivalent).
\nRegistration as a Specialist with the Health Professions Council of Zambia will be needed.<\/p>\n
